Refunds
We want you to love your purchase, but if you decide to return your headboard, you are welcome to do so within our stated return period. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of return postage. Once the headboard has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price.
Custom or bespoke items may be exempt from refunds unless faulty.
Cancelation Policy
We take great care in crafting each headboard, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Cancellations or returns are accepted within 27 days of purchase only if the product is found to have a manufacturing fault.
If you believe your headboard is faulty, please contact us with details and photographs so we can assess the issue. Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
Returns for reasons other than a confirmed fault cannot be accepted.

Free delivery within the UK only. Allow delivery window of 9 to 21 days before placing your order withing the UK. To remain sustainable, I only order the amount from the printer I need to fulfil your order.

Every effort is made to display colours as accurately as possible. However, different devices display colour differently and may therefore vary.
Please be aware that deliveries to countries outside of the UK may incur custom charges for which I am not responsible. Please email me for the delivery charges outside of the UK.
